- 7 am industry begins setting up, volunteers arrive
- 7:30 am registration opens, Children's activities begin on the grass, tattoo station opens
- 8 am - 10 am participants visit industry booths
- 8 am emcee begins announcements, National Anthem, Brief speeches - NHF representative, National Sponsor Takeda, Pinwheel ceremony
- 8:30 am The Walk begins
- 9:30 Emcee welcomes everyone back, Announce basket winners, Announce award winners and factor club winners
- 10 am Goodbyes and clean up
